Let customers speak for us
from 16 reviewsI recently received the 3x5 Oriental Area Rug, and it's a beautiful addition to my living room! The beige color and rustic design complement my decor perfectly, adding a touch of warmth and elegance. The Turkish cotton material is soft and comfortable underfoot, and the washable, non-slip backing makes it incredibly practical. I've placed it in my entryway, and it has held up well to foot traffic. It's also surprisingly lightweight and foldable, making it easy to store or move to different areas of my home. Overall, this rug is a fantastic value and a great way to enhance any space. Highly recommended!

Just as pictured. Stays Put. Machine Washable & Dryable! Soo nice.

High quality textile, color and backing

Beautiful and soft. Only took a day or two for the lines to go away after unpacking. Has a very high quality look. Feels thick under your feet. Small enough to throw in the washing machine. But dry it flat.

Nice, soft, vintage looking Turkish washable rug. I have not washed it yet, but it should do just fine. It has a non-slip backing to make it safe, no slipping. Add some softness to your home decor with this lovely rug.

I love a good rug! The colors are not your ordinary, but they look stunning depending on your home decor.

Needed a rug that would pull in a rich red color for my cherry wood bathroom cabinets. This is a great rug: nonslip backing, vibrant colors, and no smell! It’s thin but comfortable to stand on. 10/10.

The floor in my motorhome gets cold, even on nice days. I have been unable, until now, to find the perfect carpet that will go under the slide when it is brought in. When the slide is extended the carpet just lays there. The carpet material is very soft and keeps your feet from getting cold. The Turkish weave is what prevents the chill.

The hue of this rug looks somewhat pink in photos, but it is actually a subdued combination of pink, mauve, and some brown and very little bit of gray. The color somehow makes the room feel cozy and cheerful. The material feels very nice and soft under bare feet and fits perfectly under my desk. It arrived folded tightly in a rectangle box. I was surprised that it took no time for it to level out. It is light enough that I can move it around by myself for cleaning.

I really love this rug!The best parts:*SOFT S O F T SOFT*No-skid is just that - no skid. Durable with NO curling edges that get caught on my feet when walking to make me trip*Machine washable*Foldable to store it when not in use*Easy to get out the folds: I shook it, rolled it “backwards” let it rest overnight, rolled it “forwards” let it rest. Then shook it out again and laid it down on the floor*Thinner style to increase areas I can use it: under my office chair (it won’t bunch or slide), entryways of rooms/doorways etc the thinner style allows the doors to open easily without catching. The fact that it is thin also prevents tripping on the edges of the rug when walking about*Vintage look: has the muted colors that don’t overpower my room. This is nice especially when I use it a room where I normally would not be able to have this kind of pattern due to my deco & design. It adds just enough pop of color without having to scream “I am rug, look at me!”IMHO this Brand Cotty Home is one of my favorite for rugs, affordable, soft, no-skid multi purpose rugs that I can wash and store while I switch out with another and repeat.

The Cotty Washable Area Rug has a sturdy feel and makes for a marvelous room accent. It provides an aged and patinaed Persian rug aesthetic, at a cost of which, in my opinion, is a decent value. Even though it’s loomed on a machine, it has the appearance of a rug crafted by hand and passed down through the generations. With any luck, maybe it’ll wear like one.The Cotty is the first rug we’ve had arrive boxed and folded, usually they’ve been rolled. We were a little dubious at first, only because that wasn’t expected. As it is, it does have some fold creases, but they look like they’ll settle out in due time. In fact, the temporary folds, and the washing instructions, are both addressed on an information sheet included with the rug. It’s stated that the folds “will naturally disappear within a few days.” The rug is washable, which would likely remove them too.The rug is not 100% cotton as the title would imply; it’s a cotton blend using, apparently, “premium Turkish cotton,” and polyester I believe. However, it is genuinely made in Turkey. I’m not by any stretch of the imagination knowledgeable about rug making and history, so when I say the Cotty rug has a Persian rug aesthetic, I’m not speaking authoritatively. That said, Turkey is a country that has a common border with Persia, that part of the world for which the rug style is attributed, and no doubt the genuine influence for this rug design. As such, it certainly has the character of those influences.Surprisingly, when unfolded and placed flat, it does exude an old-world luxuriousness and ambiance. The colors are crisp enough to provide a nice contrast from one another, making the rug stand out, or, put another way, to provide “accent.” It’s very “homey” and we like that. If it's the style you're looking for, you'll probably be pleased too.FYI: there were small remnants that fell out when the rug was initially unfolded, so you may want to unwrap it out side and shake it out before bringing it inside.

I absolutely love this COTTY HOME, Washable Oriental Rug! I selected the vintage red. The colors are vibrant and stunning! This rug makes a statement in the entryway that leads to my living room. The rug is soft to the touch, and I love the low pile that makes this so easy to clean. It is a game changer for pets and children. It is durable for high traffic areas because abrasive dirt doesn't build up in this rug,It has high quality durable stitching along the edge. There is an anti-slip bottom that holds it in place on top of my wall-to-wall carpeting.I am extremely happy with the COTTY HOME Oriental Washable Rug! I highly recommend this rug to add color and beauty to your home, while being so easy to clean.

A good quality rug is expensive. Even at Target they can be a couple hundred, and no way I'm paying anything like that for a rug that when people come over they're like "hey did you get that at Target". Not that there's anything wrong with that. Here you are getting a rug that looks really nice. It should hold up quite well, and the back is completely coated in a nonslip material, giving it weight and keeping it in place. It isn't the nicest rug in the world, but it looks like it could have been expensive, it functions better than most rugs twice it's price, I feel like it's totally worth every penny. It fits the area at the foot of my bed perfectly, and makes the room look a lot bigger when you walk in. Plus it protects the flooring underneath. I'm so happy I got this rug, because of the value and craftsmanship I'm giving this 5 stars, and it's an easy decision to make. Highly recommend for a rug you can take care of and keep for a while. But if something were to happen to it, it's not so expensive as to be a big deal.

This washable rug is beautiful! It has a very low pile that is pretty soft to the touch, but still feels durable. It's crafted from OEKO-TEX certified materials, and that's a big selling point for me. The rubber backing is thin and unobtrusive, holding the rug in place without rolling, bunching, or slippage. It works well on laminate and carpet and I feel certain that it would work as well on hardwood, tile, cement, etc.The colors are muted which is what I wanted, but I ordered Vintage Red and I do wish it had a deeper red shade. The hamper I was going to have near it doesn't go with it as well as I would like (see picture). That said, the stitching is perfect all the way around the edges, allowing for a clean finish. I'm using it over carpet in a space that just needed a little bit of something pretty.I haven't washed it, and I'm not sure it will fit very well in my average sized washer, but I'll give it a try when it needs cleaning. I'll update this review with the results.I wish it were available in size 2'x3' because I'd like to put a matching rug in front of the door. I love this quality rug, and I recommend it.
